Thanks for the cookbook suggestions! One of my very best friends is from Ithaca (where the Moosewood restaurant is/was) and uses that cookbook -ONLY! I need to get my hand on it. And, I'm going to head to the library to check out the other ones too!
I love the lighting on the first photo. It reminds me of the Ecuadorian hacienda that we stayed in on our honeymoon.
